Scheme contains 35 flats around central courtyard
Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt has submitted plans for a mixed-use development on a complex infill site in Stoke Newington, north London.
The £15m Manor Road project is bordered by railway lines to the north, a parade to the south and a grade II-listed Victorian villa to the east.
It features 35 one-, two- and three-bed flats above and behind commercial space fronting on to Manor Road. They include a mixture of duplex and triplex apartments.
