Architect is latest to work on art deco building

Make Architects has unveiled designs for 135 new homes in the grounds of grade II*-listed Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End, north London.

The practice was appointed to convert the art deco town hall last year after previous attempts to revive it foundered.

Over the last decade John McAslan & Partners, Bennetts Associates, DSDHA and Purcell have been among the names linked to the building completed in 1935.
