Memorial shambles

I have just read with interest your interview with the Gustafson Porter team (RIBAJ November 04, page 16).It seems they have convinced themselves that all of the faults exposed since the opening of the Diana Memorial in Hyde Park have nothing to do with their design. I beg to differ.
