Associated Architects' Enterprise Wharf proposals

Eleven-storey scheme for Bruntwood division goes in for planning

Birmingham-based Associated Architects’ proposals for a £30m gateway building for the city’s Knowledge Quarter have been lodged with planners.

The practice’s 11-storey Enterprise Wharf scheme for the Birmingham Innovation Campus near Aston University will offer 11,150sq m of flexible, smart workspace designed specifically for digital and tech businesses, including collaboration space, cycle storage, showers and a roof garden with views across the city.
