Work to start on site this summer
Broadway Malyan has designed a £3m arts centre for a private girls’ school in London.
South Hampstead High School wants to transform an existing building, called Waterlow Hall which is used for exams and assemblies, into a theatre and concert hall that can cater for an audience of 400.
The £19,500-a-year school counts actress Helena Bonham Carter and author Fay Weldon among its former pupils.
Work will start on site in July and finish in November.
