CPMG submits plans for Nottingham biosciences centre

The plans feature more than 245,000 sq ft of high quality, flexible research and laboratory space

Scheme to be latest phase of city’s £1.4bn Island Quarter development

CPMG has submitted plans for a major new bioscience complex as part of the latest phase of Nottingham’s £1.4bn Island Quarter site.

Plans were lodged with Nottingham city council last week for a 245,000sq ft research and laboratory scheme consisting of two blocks of five and seven storeys connected by a glazed link at upper levels.
