Donald Insall to restore Rochdale town hall

Work on grade I-listed building to finish in 2023

Heritage specialist Donald Insall Associates has been appointed lead architect on a £16m scheme to redevelop grade I-listed Rochdale town hall.

The project, due for completion in 2023, will restore the building’s many historic features, including a Magna Carta mural and ceiling panels in the great hall and its extensive stained glass windows.
