Terry Farrell’s practice unveils plans for 38-storey tower next to Norman Foster’s riverside base

Foster & Partners’ Battersea headquarters could soon gain a new high-rise neighbour in the shape of a 38-storey tower designed by Farrells.

Terry Farrell’s practice has tabled plans for a mixed-use scheme at 1 Battersea Bridge Road up to 28 storeys taller than Norman Fosters’ base and Albion House, the Foster & Partners-designed scheme next door.
