Proposals for Quintain development will host 396 homes

Brent council has granted reserved matters approval for Wembley Park site NW09-10, which will ultimately host nearly 400 build-to-rent and “affordable” homes.

Designed by Grid Architects, the NW09-10 site is part of Quintain’s mixed-use scheme which will eventually house the largest build-to-rent development in the UK.

NW09-10 will provide 396 build-to-rent and “affordable” homes and is the second of three Grid commissions within the Wembley Park masterplan.
