HOK names new London chiefs

HOK London Studio Leadership

Studio founder Larry Malcic retiring after 30 years

HOK has said that the man who helped set up its London office 30 years ago is retiring.

American Larry Malcic swapped St Louis in the US for London to help establish the firm’s UK outpost back in 1989.

HOK set up its office in 1987 and since then the studio has worked on a number of high-profile schemes in the UK including the Barclays headquarters building in Canary Wharf and the Cabinet War Rooms expansion at the Imperial war Museum.
