Urbed’s Nicholas Falk was almost arrested on a recent reconnaissance mission to the London Borough of Harrow, he revealed to an aghast audience at last week’s New New Town conference, after attempting to photograph Harrow’s awful bus station as an example of how not to design an urban environment.
