of course this is needed, long overdue in fact, but two points;
1 - its not an industry standard until it becomes legislation - it needs to be adopted either in law by government or by every single planning authority in the country or volume house builders and other can just ignore it.
2 - Net zero is only half the story, resilience is the other half - does this standard resolve issues of climate change resilience at all?
