Am I missing something? Rafael Viñoly lambasts the UK profession for handing over control of projects to consultants and sub-consultants, ie delegating responsibility, and potential blame (“Rafael Viñoly: ‘Superabundance of consultants’ to blame for ‘death ray’” bdonline September 6).
