This new annual publication from BD is open to all young architects across the European Union
Edited and designed by BD, New Architects 2013, a guide to the 50 Best Young European Architects, will be available to buy either as a digital download or as a print-on-demand publication in December 2013. It will be sent free to the UK’s top 50 clients.
Each of the 50 selected practices will be represented by a spread showing a selection of work and a brief practice statement. The publication will also feature an introductory essay written by BD executive editor Ellis Woodman.
Woodman said: “We are opening up the Young Architect of the Year Award to European architects this year, so this seemed a perfect time to make a survey of what young practices are getting up to throughout the EU. The guide has the potential to become a vital resource for clients.”
The eligibility criteria for the inclusion in New Architects 2013 are the same as for YAYA.
If you would like to be considered for inclusion, please fill in the questionnaire and supply six high-resolution, copyright-free images representing the range of your work, along with short captions for each. These should be sent to Katherine.hayes@ubm.com via Dropbox or Wetransfer by September 4. Please include the name of your practice in the image information.
