Richard Rogers has won reassurance from home secretary Charles Clarke that the forthcoming corporate manslaughter bill will be amended so as not to inadvertently stifle design innovation.The reassurance comes after watchdog Cabe expressed concern the bill could put a stop to innovative streetscape design and pedestrianisation plans.
