£330m scheme includes five star hotel and luxury flats
PLP’s 43-storey One Bishopsgate Plaza has completed in the City of London.
The £300m scheme, for Singapore-based developer UOL, is the first high-rise residential and hospitality tower to be built in the Square Mile since the Heron Tower.
It comprises a 237-bed five-star hotel in the lower half, operated by Singapore firm Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, with 160 flats above.
Work also included refurbishing a series of listed, low-rise buildings nearby and creating new public space.
Others to work on the scheme include heritage consultant Donald Insall Associates.
