PLP completes new Square Mile resi tower

£330m scheme includes five star hotel and luxury flats

PLP’s 43-storey One Bishopsgate Plaza has completed in the City of London.

The £300m scheme, for Singapore-based developer UOL, is the first high-rise residential and hospitality tower to be built in the Square Mile since the Heron Tower.

It comprises a 237-bed five-star hotel in the lower half, operated by Singapore firm Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, with 160 flats above.
