Denton Corker Marshall’s Civil Justice Centre in Manchester, Allies & Morrison’s Festival Hall revamp and MUMA’s Newlyn Art Gallery in Cornwall are among the 21 buildings shortlisted for the Prime Minister’s Better Public Building Award, the annual gong that rewards design-led regeneration projects.
